You are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the intellectual property.

When you purchase a digital product (such as a Framer template) from Templita, you are purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the original intellectual property.

Grant of License

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the template for personal or commercial projects, including client work.

License Types

Standard License

Use the template for one live website (personal, commercial, or client project). Each additional website requires a separate license.

Pro License / All Access License

Use the template on unlimited live websites, including personal projects, multiple client websites, or multiple commercial projects.

Permitted Use

• You may create a final website for yourself or a client.

• You may customize and modify the template to fit your needs.

Restrictions

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the template files, remix links, or source materials.

• You may not use the template to create competing templates or derivative template products for resale.

Violation of these terms may result in termination of the license.

3. Payments

All payments are securely processed by third-party Merchants of Record such as Lemon Squeezy or Polar, which handle:

• payment processing,

• invoicing and receipts,

• applicable tax collection.

We do not store payment card information.

4. Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final.

Refunds may be considered only in limited situations, such as:

• accidental duplicate purchases, or

• verified technical issues that cannot be resolved by support.

5. Updates and Support

From time to time, templates may receive updates such as improvements, fixes, or feature enhancements. Access to updates is provided during the active lifecycle of the product.

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis via email.

No rights are granted except those explicitly stated in these Terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

Templates are provided “as is.” While we strive for quality and compatibility, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, compatibility with all third-party tools, or that the products will meet every specific requirement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability related to any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
