These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of https://templita.com (the “Website”), operated by Templita (“we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing or using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

1. What Templita Is

Templita is a curated gallery of Framer website templates. We select templates from the Framer Marketplace, show previews, page lists and details about them, and link to their creators and to Framer.

Templita does not sell, host or distribute templates, and we are not a party to any purchase or license of a template.

2. Purchases and Licenses

Every template shown on Templita is created and owned by an independent creator. When you preview, remix or buy a template, you leave Templita and use the Framer Marketplace or the creator’s own page.

Licenses, prices, payments, refunds, updates and support for a template are provided by its creator and by Framer under their own terms. Please read them before you buy.

Prices, availability and details shown on Templita are for information only and may change or become outdated. The price and terms shown on the Framer Marketplace at the time of purchase apply.

3. Affiliate Links

Some links on Templita are affiliate links, including links to Framer. If you sign up or buy through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. This does not change how we select or describe templates.

We do not process payments on the Website and we do not store payment card information.

4. Content and Intellectual Property

Templita’s own content, including the design of the Website, our descriptions, and our selection and curation of templates, is protected by copyright. You may share links to our pages, but you may not copy the Website or its content in bulk without permission.

Template names, designs, previews, images and logos belong to their creators or to Framer. We show them to present and link to the templates, and we credit the creator on each template page.

If you are a creator and want a template, image or text removed or corrected, email hello@templita.com and we will respond promptly.

5. Newsletter and Social Media

If you subscribe to our newsletter, we send roundups of new templates about once a week. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in every email. We also publish content on Pinterest, Instagram, Threads, Bluesky and X, where the terms of those platforms apply.

6. Accuracy and Availability

We do our best to keep the information on Templita accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or error-free, or that the Website will always be available.

7. Limitation of Liability

Templita and its content are provided “as is.” We are not responsible for the quality, compatibility or performance of any template listed on the Website, or for any transaction between you and a template creator or Framer.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Website.

8. Third-Party Services

The Website may contain links or integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the practices, functionality, or policies of third-party platforms.

9. Termination

We may restrict access to the Website for anyone who misuses it, for example by scraping it at scale or trying to disrupt it.

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Website after updates indicates acceptance of the revised Terms.
